I bought this after reading all the reviews that this is a good mic for recording classic violin. Well, maybe for other people yes, unfortunately for me no. The sound is harsh. For the money let's say could do the job, maybe the stereo setup will be better, but I don't use it anymore, I bought it, especially for recording violin, and ended up buying a Neuman. But that is just me, it may work for other people.
