The Rode PSA-1 arm I recevied has a metal on metal friction problem for the upper part of the arm and there are some loose parts inside which produce a rattling sound if the arm is moved.

Moving the arm while recording is impossible because of this, as the noise made by the friction is very loud and is caught by the microphone.

I asked for a return and will change it for a higher quality arm.
