Very expensive for what it is
nicolasvp 18.09.2020
It's a flimsy adapter, the jack side is made to be screwed but I don't have those jacks, only regular ones, so it does wiggle quite a bit.

Other than that the power is converted from phantom power to the appropriate level so that part is ok.

Overall, I find this accessory very expensive for what it is.

Well done again Rode. 5*

Use
Connecting 5 SENNHEISER ME 2-II MIC via XLR to control room. Lavs needed power and this adapter did the job.

Pros
5 units was half the price of a single unit for the same function from OEM. Rode look after the end user so well.

Further information
What can I say you can't go wrong with Rode for anything. Use this for

Works fine but signal level is really low
lapsio 17.04.2020
Adapter works fine but when I connected my headset through it (Beyerdynamic MMX 300) signal level is really low. I need to max out preamps in interface to even hear something. I know it's always "better safe than sorry" since probably other mics could get damaged from higher voltage than VXLR+ feeds but still it's a bit of inconvenience.

Other than that everything is cool.

DO
Adaptor for mini-jack terminated headset microphones
David O' Grady 09.01.2019
A very handy adaptor to use your mini-jack headset mics with normal cables via sound-desk +48v phantom power.
