Perfect for sampling and very easy to use
Ste Keloid 23.03.2020
I use this pad to load my own samples, and have gigged with it a few times since purchasing.
It's very well built, and can take quite a bit of punishment. Is also very easy to use, both when programming it and when playing live.

Very simple to load and customise the playback of each sample - just USB connection to computer, then drag and drop WAVs into it.

I had it mounted from a crash cymbal stand live, and was worried about inadvertently triggering it with vibrations through the hardware. The threshold adjustment is very easy to use, even on a dark stage, and I found that even without being able to hear the pad I could adjust the threshold effectively with the aid of the "trigger" light on the front of the pad.

I would recommend this highly to anybody looking to add electronics to their set up who doesn't want to splash out just yet on some of the bigger pads (SPD20 etc), or anyone who wants to be able to trigger sounds / backing tracks / click tracks easily live. Very easy to play with sticks, hands or feet.

Well worth the money

Very sturdy

A very sturdy piece of equipment, which should last long. Sensitivity is quite good. Major downside is the limit of 12 stored samples (not much for the price, but I guess you're paying the hardware quality). I play it with the foot for percussions as I play bass and I needed to build a small platform base attached with velcro to be confortable with the pedal height.

Easy and powerful device
Michel733 17.12.2017
really simple to use ... stereo backtracks and click on one simple device instead of a whole PC (more reliable)
one thing not really described is the txt file which lets you decide how the wav files are played ... but this can be found on youtube
we love it ! ! !

Perfect for click/backtracks for drummers.
NorwegianDrummer 24.11.2018
Super stable little unit. Allows me to have a clicktrack and backing tracks live without having to use a sketchy laptop/soundcard configuration, and i dont need to spend money on a SPD SX when i only need it to do a simple thing.
