Great quality for a bargain price

I used these strings on a resonator guitar for playing slide. Despite the heavy gauge they're very beginner friendly, as it helps a lot in minimizing fret buzz when you're just starting out with slide guitar. Great, brilliant, full sound. At this price, there's just no reason not to at least give them a try. I will definitely buy a couple more sets as spares.

My current favourite strings
RAMBOBG 10.03.2024
I play Jazz and looked after other more soft sounding strings. However, even the fact that these are intended for more aggresive sound, when I roll down the tone pot of my jazz guitars, combined with these strings, it just feels right for me. So far used it for 1 month and still going good, I personally am not changing strings very often and these look like to be more lasting than the regular strings (and I use it in standard E!)

Great strings for standard D
Dogs In Suits 12.07.2021
I normally play with an 11-49 gauge strings on a telecaster in standard E, it gives me the power, dynamic and resistance that I look for on every guitar because of my nervous playing.
Lately, I decided to switch to standard D (for stoner purposes), and couldn't find the tension I needed to feel comfortable on a 12-52 GHS boomer strings set, it felt a bit like a 9-42 in E.
Not the case with this set : 12-56 in D is heavier than a 11-49 in E, but stil playable (I'm thin, but my hands are strong, and yes, women are happy with it), and I really like how it retains the highs that to me, were too present.
Ain't gonna lie, I didn't try another string set for my current setting, but I guess the 13-65 DR Stings set will be too heavy since this one feels like home to me.
Great set for a great price.

Sehr gute Saiten bei fairem Preis
HitsHitsHits 02.01.2022
Klare Kaufempfehlung.
