Even though normally I use professional location sound equipment, I love the portability of my Zoom H6 and love to use it for certain projects where it's important not to stick out with big recorders, a boom pole and fancy microphones with suspensions and booms.
This Accessory set allows you to stay lightweight while ready to tackle most of the usual weather-related problems, as well as eliminate that irritating and unavoidable handling noise thanks to the suspension.
The windjammers are well made and can handle a good amount of wind without affecting the sound too much.
The suspension works great but the screwing system is not so sturdy as one would expect for the money. As Zoom H6 is probably one of the heaviest handy recorders (if not the heaviest), the parts should be a bit bigger and sturdier. The first one I ordered had a defect, so it loosened up during a take while mounted on a microphone stand and caused the whole thing to flip over down on the ground. Luckily there was no damage to my Zoom, nor the mounted microphone, and I've been sent a new unit. The new one holds slightly tighter but the Zoom still tends to overweight from time to time and pull slowly on one end, changing the angle of the suspension. This is extremely annoying but it is still the best accessory set existing.
In lack of a better choice, I am happy to have this kit as it helps me make clean and reliable recordings with my Zoom device.

Système très bien pensé qui se monte facilement sur le Zoom H6 et procure une très bonne prise en main grâce aux différents réglages d'inclinaison et de rotation possibles.
Les bonnettes s'adaptent parfaitement aux micros zoom.
Vu les montages de vis standards, j'ai aussi utilisé les différents modules pour tenir d'autres appareils ou micros ou fixer l'amortisseur directement sur un pied de micro. Très pratique et efficace !

The handle is great, if your not using it violently, it eliminates all the noise. The adapter is very useful, you can screw it on almost every tripod, stand or camera. The windjammers are of great quality and I actually use the bigger one for Tascam DR40X too.
