Superb machine heads for electric bass
Sasa R 19.08.2019
I've bought these machine heads as a replacement for the original machine heads on my Squier Jazz Bass. I'm using them for half a year now and I don't have any complaints.
My bass guitar doesn't lose it's tuning during gig or transport. Tuning is very precise and really easy with these tuners. It definitely added extra value to my bass.
This tuners are slightly bigger than the original ones for Squier Jazz and extra work is necessary to replace them (making new holes, filling up the old ones, changing nuts, etc.)

Pretty good ones

They could be lighter to turn, though...

great replacement bass tuners

Great tuners, just like original but with schaller instead of fender on the back. Bushings and screws are in the box underneath the tuners

Great Machineheads
Joe1918 10.04.2015
I am using these as a replacement for the machine heads on my Jazz Bass. The extra mass of these really seem to change the tone for the better, and their tuning stability far surpasses the stock tuners on my bass.

Good quality, but one flaw
aLion 15.02.2023
Put them on my 1974 bass and they work smoothly, but the smaller tapered part on the shafts (intended to keep the string windings together) makes it impossible to keep the strings close to the headstock. As a result, the A-string doesn't get enough pressure on the nut and this is audible when playing an open A-string. I'm considering Fender 70's tuners because they have straight shafts.
