I bought my Schecter C-1 FR S SLS Evil Twin SBK in July 2019, and it was fantastic.

After about one year me and my trusty luthier, noticed a defect, that had a severe impact on the fretboard.

After contacting Thomann's service, I sent them my Schecter for a check-up. If it had been repairable, and the defect not due to my fault, they would have repaired it. Or else.

Well, to make a long story short, Thomann sent me a whole new Schecter C-1 FR S SLS Evil Twin SBK, with no extra cost.

First class service, Thomann, thank you!

Great guitar, first time with sustainer for me, love it!

Plays really well, great low action, really like the pickups and sustainer functionality. Very pleased with it. Wish I had bought the hard case at same time, and of course looks very cool!
