Schlagwerk CCA30 Cajon Cabasa

Amazing addition to my cajon gear. It sounds great and can fit perfectly in many genres, situations and moods. I have attached it on the right side of my cajon, where it's for me easy and comfortable to reach. When I'm using pedals or I'm not giving rhythm with the cajon itself I sometimes detach the cabasa and play it or shake it with my hands. It's very practical.

The quality and sound is good, I faced some problems at the beginning with its smoothness when played, sometimes it felt that the ball chains are stuck, however i managed to fix it with some tweaking with the screw.
The velcro patch that comes with it is really good quality which makes it stick firmly to the cajon!

Team and service were fantastic and the cabassa I have to say is both great quality, fun to play and a great compliment to the cajon. Even better than Id hoped and the bonus is its a favourite with the kids when they get to play and boss me around :)

I bought it to recreate a Hi-Hat sound with my Cajon.
I love it; it mounts easily, i was afraid the weight of it could create some problem of stability after playing it for a while, but i didn't encounter any problem so far and have been using it for a couple of months now.
The sound is nice and bright.
It's useful and also beautiful and original to see from the outside.

A very nice and useful, fun toy for your cajon. Gives a lot more sound options for grooves and inspires you to come up with new patterns. I can tap it with my fingers for an ultra staccato hi-hat type sound, or rub the beads for an open hi-hat kind of sound. A nice and inspiring addition to your cajon and your percussion sound palette. Recommended. A lot of fun for a very low price. It feels very secure and stable when attached to the cajon, it won't fall off no matter how hard you play. The build quality and value of this item is spot on.

I loved using this on the cajon till it was there. Unfortunately the glue on the side doesn't remain for very long. After moving the cajon a few times, the glue has come off and it has to be held in the hand, which kind of defeats the purpose.

In terms of pure sound, I prefer this to the foot cabasa, because it gives me more flexibility. But that is probably just because of my style. Great thing, nonetheless!

This instrument is a really good instrument to attached to your Cajon or other instruments.

This accessory gives a beautiful hi hat feel when tapped. Bit costly but worth it. Beautiful accessory for my Schlagwerk 2in1 cajon CP404BLK. I will be releasing a video soon on it.
