I cannot speak highly enough of this mouthpiece. It is an excellent beginners mouthpiece. Great tonal quality and ease of playing. It is definitely the best among sax mouthpieces for classical playing. I play it with a Series ii, and the ease of laying is mind blowing. Pity it doesn't include a ligature. This kind of product is what makes Selmer such a reputable company.

Sur les recommendations de ma prof de sax j'avais acheté ce bec pour débuter. Il est vraiment très bien, finition parfaite. Il offre une belle sonorité aussi bien pour les morceaux classiques de l'académie que pour les morceaux plus jazz que j'apprends sur le coté. Avec des anches Java il offre beaucoup d'expression. Je vais certainement le garder des années. Franchement je recommande sans hésiter.
