Noise-cancelling wireless headphones

The Shure AONIC 50 WH headphones combine a linear response with Bluetooth connectivity and thus enable users to enjoy a world-class listening experience unfettered by wires or cables. Shure's adjustable noise cancellation effectively eliminates outside distractions, and these headphones, shown here in the brown version, also feature a distinctive and robust design with custom-fit swivel joints, burr-free metal parts, and synthetic leather ear and headband cushions for long wearing comfort. The scope of delivery includes everything that users need to get the most out of the headphones in a wide range of situations, all of which makes the AONIC 50 the perfect headphone solution for users who want to enjoy a premium, studio-quality sound.

Pure premium sound

Thanks to their Bluetooth 5 connectivity, the AONIC 50 headphones have a guaranteed range of up to 10 metres, and the on/off button additionally allows them to be paired with other devices. The ShurePlus PLAY app, which is available free of charge for Android and iOS, lets the user adjust the level of noise cancellation between normal and maximum as well as allowing them to select between ten different "Environment" modes, and it also features an equaliser with five different presets (linear, de-esser, volume boost, low boost, and vocal boost) to choose from. The AONIC 50 employs a pair of 50mm dynamic drivers with a frequency response of 20Hz to 22kHz, and with an impedance of just 39 ohms, these headphones can also be operated with devices that do not have particularly powerful preamps, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Their sensitivity of 97.5dB/W at a frequency of 1kHz additionally makes these headphones some of the quietest on the market.

For studio, sofa, and everything in between

Whether they being used to monitor recordings in the studio or simply to enjoy music while at home or on the go, the Shure AONIC 50 headphones will always deliver the goods and are equally recommended for producers, musicians, and audiophiles. The onboard fingertip controls allow the user to answer calls, adjust the volume, or pause the music with the push of a button, and an LED indicator is installed on the right ear cup to alert the user when the battery is running low. With a battery life of up to 20 hours, however, extended periods of use will be no problem, which makes the AONIC 50 perfect for long trips. The extra-soft ear and headband cushions mentioned above ensure a high level of comfort, while the ratcheted size adjustment feature means that the headband will not require constant readjustment. The AONIC 50 supports SBC, AAC and aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency Audio, and Sony LDAC formats.

About Shure

The American company Shure began developing microphones during the early 1930s and is one of the pioneers of the audio engineering sector. Models such as the 55 Unidyne - known to many as the "Elvis microphone" - and the SM57 and SM58 which appeared in the mid-1960s are still ubiquitous in live sound production today. They enjoy cult status among musicians and technicians alike. In the 1990s, Shure introduced the first wireless microphones and in-ear monitoring systems and became a market leader in this field. In addition to microphones, Shure offers a wide range of earphones and headphones for studio and live use, as well as various accessories.

Durable design and practical accessories

True to Shure's commitment to ensuring the longevity of its products, the AONIC 50 headphones are equipped with small foam pads to prevent abrasion of the ear cups by the metal headband. The ear cups themselves can be rotated by 90° to allow the AONIC 50 to be folded flat and stowed away safely in its protective matt black carrying case, which has a soft inner lining, an accessory compartment with a hook-and-loop closure, and a fabric carrying handle. The scope of delivery additionally includes a 1.5m headphone cable with 3.5mm mini-jack connectors and a USB-C charging cable that allows the AONIC 50 to be connected to digital audio devices for enhanced flexibility in a range of different situations.
