This is honestly one of the best pieces of equipment I've ever bought. I had the Shure QLX microphone and I was going through batteries a lot as I gig every weekend. So when I seen this charging doc I did think its expensive, but its an investment. It is so handy just before a gig to put the Shure rechargeable batteries into the unit and you will get (comfortably) two gigs from one charge. Mine is mounted in the bands rack, as is the receiver of my mic so its even better that I don't need to take it around. I've had this nearly 3 years and its not let me down once.
