Firstly, I'll come out and say it: these aren't as good as custom in-ear moulds. But I'm not a professional musician and to me it wasn't close to justifiable to get customs. So instead, I looked at shure's range of in ears.
The 215s come with a soft case, and a range of different types and sizes of earbud. They also come with a cleaning tool, which is handy as it is good practice to clean them now and then. The buds sit very tight on the drivers, which is a blessing and a curse really - especially if you are likely to change them frequently. That's not an issue for me though, as I'm the only one using them. I'd recommend the foam buds, as they expand to fit your ear, providing you with the best isolation and fullest range sound.
In terms of quality, they're pretty comparable to a pair of 425s I used once, but maybe I don't remember them too well. It's certainly not worth paying the extra £120+ (in my mind) for the increase in audio quality. I think these are the best cheap in ear headphones money can buy!
