Overall quite satisfied with this product after 4 years.

The only problem is that the manufacturer decided not to include two mandatory pull-down resistors in the USB-C connector, violating the USB-C specification and making it impossible to use this product with a standard USB-C-to-C cable. As a consequence the product can only be used with a USB-C-to-A cable.

Features: 5/5, Bluetooth works well and is very practical.
Sound: 4/5, perfect sound with USB but slightly quieter with Bluetooth.
Quality: 3/5, solid build but defective USB-C connector.

Final rating: 4/5.

Great for bluetooth but will not work connected to computer USB C output.

Much better than buying a dongle to get audio out of new devices!
Bluetooth connection is good at reasonable distances but don't expect to connect to anything onstage if at monitor position for example.
Connects as audio output and charges from computers on any old rectangular usb 2 or 3 output but will not work when connected to USB C type computer output which is very weird because that is what is on the device itself.
Sound on bluetooth is good enough for interval playback and gear testing.
