I orderd this case and the first had several severe cracks on the side when it came to me. I asked Thomann to send me a new. Their service was amazingly fast and correct.

The new one I received also had a little crack. Thomann gave me a reduction because I didn't want another one.

I really was amazed by how fast an friendly Thomann handled this, but I would never recommend the SKB. Go cheaper with a gator case, or more expensive. This was damaged twice without even using it and it is supposed to protect your instrument...
