I tried Addictive Trigger and Drumagog and I found this to be the easiest, most coherent and pristine sounding replacement software.

I usually split the sample from the acoustic recording about 50/50 so there's the punch and class of the Trigger samples and character of my own drum kit. Being able to blend samples with the real recording is great. Easy install. Only downside is that it requires iLok. I try to avoid iLok but sure anyway.
