I bought this cable as I was after the best quality cable I could find without spending ridiculous money. I buy into the opinion that once you reach a certain quality then you don't get anything substantial for extra outlay when it comes to cable.

I've always liked Sommer cable and it seems to be one of the better options you can get in Europe. It's well constructed, easy enough to work with and well insulated with double screening. I use the leads I made on sound for location video shoots and it holds up to all the trials that that can bring.

My only gripe is that the cable doesn't feel that flexible which means I have to could it with a large diameter - not a problem for me but could frustrate some folks.

Superb Cable. I'm using it since years and I'm totally happy with it. It's the best sounding cable I've found so far for a fair price and it's extremely durable!
One star less at the total rating because it's not that nice to wrap up.
