I am using it with Stairville CLB2.4 Compact LED Par System but it is hard to find the remote controller position in correct direction to controll LEDs.

I have found this small remote very useful and easy to use. Unfortunately it is missing the "slave" switching option.

It does what it is supposed to. Sometimes even more, as another led light might pick up the ir from the remote and change unwillingly. If you have more than 1 led, you have to be careful where you point the remote, and/or get really close.
