So bought this product for an event that I was asked to do for a mate. Light outputs good, colours mix well and fairly easily, The white is a little blue.
After the event, I took it home and used it to light one of my rooms as I wanted a cool way to light it. After about a month-ish the light started to have some weird flash problem, this seemed to occur in just one of the LED segments. So bought some a DMX terminator this seemed to do the trick, Over Christmas, I was away, during that time the light must of malfunctions and had blown the fuse in the unit. This I thought was probably bad news, I replaced the fuse with the spare one which comes inside the fuse holder of the unit which I was surprised by, this I hoped would fix the problem, it didn't. So contacted Customer support via email which I was greeted by an email back saying that they were busy and to contact return. So I contacted returns and had no reply. Would have phoned but in the UK so costs a lot, well on a mobile anyway. So, in the end, filled out a returns thing online and sent it back in the hope that something might be done. When the Product came back about 2 weeks later (Takes about a week to ship from Germany) the device seemed to be a brand new unit, so new that it could of just come out of the factory.

Would I recommend? Probably yes, but that's only because I hope this is a one-off fault and doesn't happen with this one. If it does I will change the review and lower the number of stars
