Sterling by Music Man S.U.B. Sting Ray 4 WS

I m by no means and experienced bassist to fully evaluate the specific instrument so I d say that it was excellent for my needs, but I m writing this review to praise thomann Support. I was accidentally shipped a different color than the one I selected in my order. As soon as I let Thomann know about this, the immediately shipped the correct one and covered the cost to have mine returned to them.
The whole process was done as quickly as it was humanely possible and with zero additional cost for me. Just amazing!

These SUB basses have come a long way. The model I received is made in Indonesia and the quality is superb. No sharp frets, no uneven frets. Plays perfectly and was able to set the action absolutely spot on. I think they made some much welcome changes to the on board pre-amp also.
Much cleaner and more clarity with no distorting when bass/treble on max.

I already knew I was going to love this bass because I already had the 5-string equivalent. I needed a 4-string for a project in which we played mostly in drop tunings. It is as amazing as I expected in sound, quality and comfort.
