T-Rex... Now where does that ring a bell? Oh yeah, I've owned one of their Fuel Tanks before. Sad to say it was riddled with grouding issues and the humming was bad enough to send it back...
But it seems like a different story in the cable department! They sure know how to make cables. Sturdy, nice colours and excellent product allround.
Would buy again.

Worked well for me!

There isn't much to say really about the T Rex DC Polarity Invers. They do exactly what they are meant to with no fuss. I play quite loud at gigs and I am obsessed with retaining as much sonic clarity as is possible and Even I cannot notice a "hum" or "fizz" or anything of the like from this product. Worked well for me and saved me having to buy a new power supply. Very handy to have,as long as you have researched thoroughly the polarity and current of your pedal!A friend of mine who plays bass, tried using a product like this,to provide power for one of his pedals without examining the polarity of the pedal and managed to fry the circuit board so i would plead with anyone considering buying one of these to just do a few minutes research and save yourself the heartbreak of destroying your pedal! My only complaint about the product is the length of it. I would have preferred a slightly longer lead, purely for the purpose of ease, yet in saying this I would not like my sound to diminished for this to be the case. Overall I was very happy with this purchase. What can I say really other than good price and works perfectly!

one more of these little gadgets, allways overlooked, allways forgotten when doing an order.
as a non guitarist, more of a synth head with a few guitar FX and sometimes to short on a PSU,
this little cable can safe a jam.

Saved my day.

I bought a fuzz pedal and noticed it has a reverse polarity power jack. I was relieved when I found this cable on Thomann. It's a well made cable, it's not loose, so it stays well connected. I have a T-Rex Fuel Tank Chameleon, so it fits perfectly.

T-REX DC Polarity Inverter
Richard814 05.06.2013
I have a PSU for my Eventide Timefactor and needed to flip the polarity. I got the T-Rex polarity-flipper and upped the connector diameter to fit the 'tide. I've connected and disconnected it numerous times (I use a rechargeable battery pack) and I've never had a problem or noticed any intermittents or any problem whatsoever. Also, the center pole on the male connector side is the more expensive and reliable split-pin design: it gives a firmer connection than the typical non-split type.
To summarize, I would highly recommend the TC connectors as they are well-built and will not flake out and cause intermittent power like cheaper cable accessories are inclined to do. If you have expensive pedals this is important as surges caused by intermittents are one of the main causes of damage - especially to digital effects.

I bought 2 types of reversed polarity cables. This is a cable for converting a normal cable to be a reversed polarity cable.

It does what is required, no problem. Just a pity we don't have an agreed standard that ALL manufacturers would stick to.
