Great cutting sound on very high tuning, kind of Neil Peart sounding. Stock heads are good.
Can also be placed as an additional high tom, but on a medium tuning))

J'ai toujours voulu avoir un tom de 6" dans mon set et c'est chose faite avec ce tom Tama de concert à double peau reçu récemment.
Le son est percussif, direct, avec beaucoup de projection, sans fioriture, avec un sustain forcément assez court (vue la taille du tom).
La qualité de fabrication est au rendez-vous, comme à chaque fois avec Tama.
Il se marie parfaitement avec le reste de mon set (Tama Starclassic B/B), même si les essences de bois sont différentes.
L'accordage est assez simple, même si un 1/8 de tour de clé influe rapidement sur la tonalité globale.
le prix du fût est plutôt raisonnable pour un fût en érable de cette qualité.
Bref, je conseille !
