What a shame for an expensive product

Thomann logistics did my order properly. I am just appalled with how the product is considering it is expensive. The weight is the only thing that made the item feel 'premium'. It is heavily bent. The texture is inconsistent. The speaker quality is low, it is unbearable on the max volume. I can't believe this passed whatever quality tests TE has - or if they even have one. I don't want to send it back for Return as I know it will take some time. But I just want to express my disappointment
