Ive used these in outdoors for a couple of days and it was really wet because of the rain and it stayed outside overnight...The cable still worked,and i really like how easy it is to coil it back up once youre done with it. Its rather rigid when you lay it which is good,it minimalises chances of some1 tripping on it. Ive used these for XLR
