I ordered a product for delivery to Azerbaijan, but upon opening it, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. Furthermore, there was something rattling inside the speaker unit. Upon investigating further by opening the screws, I found that the electric coil was detached from the speaker cone and the plate was damaged. Despite my attempt to return the item, Thomann rejected my request for a refund or return on the grounds that I had opened the product to inspect it. Nevertheless, I managed to replace the damaged plate locally, and now the product is functioning perfectly. However, I must express my disappointment in the poor quality of the speaker.
