Decent midi cables, cheap cheerful, and functional. The colours are much appreciated as they make keeping track of which cable is which that much easier.

They don't however have a central pin for stabilising, so it's possible to split one of the data pins if you're not paying attention while plugging in in. I'd look for something higher end if you're endlessly reconfiguring your kit, but for static routing they're great.
