the t.bone Elastic Cord for Shockmount S

Needed new elastics for my shock mount for the SC400 because the original ones lost their elasticity after some years of use. These fit perfectly and made my shock mount work like brand new again.

I bought a T-Bone SC-450 about 10 years ago (excellent for the low price), and the elastic spring-mounts had stretched to the point that the spider would no longer hold the microphone securely. Considering that it is basically a large elastic hair-tie, the price-tag seems a bit high (£4.42 for a pair), but given that it's a perfect fit, and likely to last 5+ years, I'll probably buy again.

it's a glorified elastic band so I'll keep this simple.
bought these to replace old bands on a cradle for a Joe Meek J47 condenser mic.
they fit perfectly, seem pretty tough and durable. good quality / excellent price.
Fit for purpose...simple as that.

I orderered two units and one came with the elstic thread dissasambled. Operationaly ok but it speaks of a lack of QC. Not a nice surprise.

It is what it is. Does exactly what it was designed to do. A good replacement for the old elastic on studio mic holders.

Dunque, lo scrivo qui in caso qualcuno ne avesse bisogno: questo cordoncino elastico ha un diametro di 6 cm, il che vuol dire che il perimetro è di 18,84 cm!
