I think I chose the wrong size, it holds the microphones but not very securely

I bought it for SM58's and 57's to which some people claim it fits nicely, I didn't find that the case

Would have been nice to have metal inserts

I needed some backup mic clips and they do still work

I didn't expect much due to the price point, I'd say they're good as a backup but I wouldn't use the clips for all my microphones unless in a tight spot

Very basic and very cheap, all in plastic. Quality is poor.

I got this for home studio use and for that purpose it seems tough enough. Holds my SM58 well. But for heavy stage use I would spend a bit more and get one that looks like it will last a lot longer.

Can this holder handle the pressure of cheap mic? yeah it can. it's all plastic, it's light, it's ok. ti will do the job, it will be reliable. just don't expect it to be superman strong. with average abuse it will serve you well and keep your wallet full. cos' it's cheap.

Cheap and cheerful

These are actually made by K&M (Konig and Meyer) - sadly they are nothing like as good as K&M microphone and speaker stands. I found them rather rigid and difficult to get the mic in and out. I didn't like them and I ended up giving them away. As a professional sound engineer, I would recommend AKG SA60 for slimline mics and BeyerDynamic MKV8 for tapered mics. They're a lot dearer but worth it.
