Thomann 1/2 Classic-Guitar Gigbag

This case is a perfect fit for my Harley Benton Kahuna CLU-Bass Ukulele. The padding is thick and firm enough to absorb any minor knocks and bumps in normal use. It is easy to remove the instrument out of the case and replace it. The handle is padded as are the shoulder straps which are adjustable for length; this makes the case very comfortable to carry. The pockets are very roomy and enable a lot of bits and pieces to be carried, The front pocket isn't quite big enough to hold unfolded A4 sheets but it is big enough to comfortably take an iPad or similarly sized tablet. I would prefer the main pocket to open on the top (when the case is held vertically) rather than the side, but this is not really a problem. The zips are heavy duty plastic and operate very smoothly.

I bought this for my son's Thomann 1/2 size acoustic. It's a nicely styled bag with carry handle and straps to put on your back as if it were a rucksack.

There are two exterior mounted zippered pockets plus the zippered guitar case itself. All zippers have twin zip closures.

There is padding enough for general carry use, but not enough for decent protection if you bash it into something.

An improvement would be to have the lower pocket a little longer (it's mostly square) so that A4 and similar-sized tuition books fit easier.

Glad we bought it though, a good purchase and companion to the guitar.
