OK but might as well be a straight plug
Anonymous 20.09.2016
I bought this to plug together some pedals that never move from my pedal board.

The pedals in question have quite a difference in the height off the pedal board to the input jack, I was hoping that this plug could bridge the difference, but sadly not. The plugs are not really separated enough to cover pedals with a reasonable difference in height and also it is too much if you want the pedals in a straight line, so fails on both accounts.

I should have bought the Mooer Pedal Connector Z as this by the look of it covers a bigger difference in socket heights.

As long as the pedal input jacks only have a small difference then this would be fine, otherwise get a different one or small pedal jump lead.

UPDATE:

After 1 week of use these plugs fell apart. Utter rubbish. Don't waste your money on them.

Once plugged in, don't unplug
Pete K. 21.07.2014
When I bought two of these adapters, I had high hopes for them because the design is so slim, I can save space with them. When I unplugged the other one the first time to change the pedal, it split half. The "deck" side stuck on jack and let go from the "cuo" side, cutting the wire at the process. When I looked closer at the problem, I noticed that it splits quite easily, and most likely the wire too. I soldered the wire and packed it back, plugged into a pedal in my hand and tried to remove it in one piece, no luck. The solution for me was to solder the wire, fill up the "cup" side with some good glue and put back the "deck" side so it would clued together. The downside is that solution lasts forever, but then again, it won't be needed to be opened, so far it had opened unintentionally. Now it has worked fine, thanks for the glue, but I recommend this trick if encountered the same problem, and I think you do.

Cables are better
Ricky D 25.10.2018
These seem like a handy space saver, but there are patch cables that take up less space. Also, if your pedals are velcroed down, these will break (and possibly damage your pedals) unless you very carefully pry both pedals from the board at exactly the same time. There are also height differences of jacks on different pedals that can cause problems. Cables give you a bit of flexibility to move each pedal independently and are the safer and easier choice. I bought a few of these and most of them broke in the way described above.

sssnake Effect Pedal Adapter
Andrew822 06.06.2013
I love these they seem like they are indestructible compared to other designs Ive tried in the past. They are also are great for getting pedals close together especially pedals of slightly different heights. Anyway the sssnake Effect Pedal Adapter works great at the moment I'm using at least 10 of them and none of them have ever gone faulty. Occasionally Ive found some of the bigger pedals cant be used along side the standard stomp boxes you see around but there are other adapters and all sorts of patch style cables for that job that you can mix and match on your pedalboard. 10 out of 10 for a top product that are super cheap as well.

A bit flimsy but works ok

It looks like a solidly made piece of kit on first glance, the first time I used one however I plugged it into both pedals, sat them back onto the velcro of my pedalboard and one side of it popped off revealing a very simple wired connection within! I quickly took it out of both pedals while being very careful with the wired connection inside and reinserted the side into the body, thankfully it popped back in without too much trouble and after pressing it in quite firmly it seems a bit more sturdy than originally!

Hopefully this is just a one off and the others will be properly attached!

Sound
Given how thin the internal wire was I'm not overly hopefuly of the sound these will convey but I'll give them a go...

Conclusions
They are cheap and as long as you're careful they're probably going to be ok, I suspect that the slightly more expensive option may be better quality...

So far so good
Anonymous 05.09.2014
A nice little accessory, this works just as i wanted to, It's always been a big pain trying to use the straight adapters with different brands of pedals, fine for ones such as boss where I have many. However other brands have the input/output sockets higher or lower, such as Ibanez pedals which are about 5mm higher than the boss ones, making everything look real ugly and raised when trying to use the straight connectors!! This is where this one comes in real useful, it adapts to the height of the sockets simply by rotating about one socket, a really clever design, though it's not gonna look good between two boss pedals though, unless you don't like your pedals in a straight line. Build quality is good, and the signal seems to be nice and clean, what's not to like!

Works great
Downer 22.02.2018
I use several of these on my pedal board. I first bought a couple 5 years ago and those are still going strong. I bought more lately as I have started using more mini pedals. I've never had a problem with any of them. I have used them on tour extensively and never had one fall apart or break down. They look good and save you space on your board. If you need to change batteries, it can get a bit fiddly if the pedals are board mounted. But if you use a power supply for you pedals, that's not an issue.

Fragile
Anonymous 15.06.2014
The adapter is not solid enough, one came apart after a slight hit of a foot agaist a pedal it was connected to in the pedalboard. Also the distance between 2 jacks (in hight) is not enough for connecting pedals one with a low and the other with high-situated input jack.
On the inside the jacks are connected with 2 thin unshielded wires.
The adapter though does the job and has a smaller footprint than some of the analogs, which is important on a condensed pedalboard. However the best use is the pedalboard with pedals fixed in their places and not pedals simply lying on the floor, as the adapter is quite fragile and may not live through the gig if the pedals get much abuse.

Requires some thought and experimenting
Anonymous 24.11.2014
While I like the idea of minimizing the area between your pedals, this adapter tends to create a zig-zag pattern out of your pedals since the connectors aren't aligned which bothered me.

If one pedal is thicker than another you can easily just rotate the adapter, but on some pedals, that still won't do it and you end up with a little wabble (which can be easily solved by padding the wabbly pedal).

Still, it turned out to be too much of a hassle for me since I tend to switch out pedals quite frequently and I just didn't want to bother with it.

Might come in handy some day.

If all of your pedals are the same make or dimensions and you don't mind the zig-zag, this is great
