Quality flash card for digital recording on older machines
Mr Chad 02.05.2020
I needed a 1 gig card for my old Boss Digital 8 track.
These recorders cannot accept more than a 1 gig capacity card and cards with less capacity than this are hard to come by these days. As card capacity has increased the demand for smaller cards has decreased and therefore these can seem pricy compared to far larger capacity cards.
However if like me you are using an older digital device these smaller capacity cards are perfect.
Ordered together with a HB cst 24 and bag. Brilliant order tracking and all arrived in good order.

Handy Enough for what it Does

Pros
It's ideal for using on 8 track recording units,. Its sturdy its strong and its reliable it rewriting ability is good and can hold a lot of recording tracks
It's a hell of a lot cheaper than the branded makes which is great for the pocket
As far as im concerned it is what i will be using in the future, It's Thomanns own brand so you know you're not getting ripped off, Basically its as good as any of the leading brands out
Its a thumbs up from me
Thanks Thomann and keep the products coming

These 1 GB cards (thankfully still available via Thomann Cyberstore!) are easily equal to other vendors products (e.g. Integral) for performance and longevity. Highly recommended :-)

No problems
Anonymous 08.12.2015
I was using this for a Boss br600, which only accepts a maximum of 1gb memory per card, which can be very difficult to find outside of thomann. Everything works perfectly, particularly as this machine had a habit of corrupting cards, no problems with this card.

Old Unnecessary Technology
Anonymous 19.05.2014
The Only Reason I had to buy one of these was because the Yamaha PM5D needs one to backup its memory. Why they can Use USB keys like everyone else on the entire Planet is beyond comprehension.... anyway. this works and is certainly the best solution to back up your PM5D shows. or you may have stepped into the 21st century and began using faster solutions.

Good product.
Anonymous 29.12.2014
As I own a historic Boss BR-600 for some occasional recording of ideas and rehearsals, I needed max 1GB CF cards. So I bought those and still happy - had 'em for more than 3 years already. They are reliable and offer a good quality for your needs. I recommend.

Thomann Compact Flash Card 1 GB

Works well . Try not to overdo it with the Virtual tracks though. If you overload it , it might make an error , so be gentle and only use up to 90% capacity if you can . T
