Thomann DeLight Case Clarinet Boehm

We are on our third of these cases since May as each case was of extreme poor quality. This is a poorly made Chinese product. Save your time and money. The straps on the case break off very easily (one bag broke after only 2 weeks). The zipper doesn't open and close easily, it jams up. So in one lesson my daughter couldn't get out her reeds. After a while the whole zipper ended up with holes so she lost water bottles etc. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at this product. Now I have to return the latest case after only 2 weeks of use with only a promise of a refund after months of frustration. And now if I want another product I get to spend more money. Not good enough frankly.
