Thomann E-Guitar Case BK Wood

The case seems quite sturdy, but the lockers are weak and the smell of the materials is absolutely terrible. I needed to leave the case 2 days outside completely open in order to get rid of part of the smell (it still stinks tho).
The case would work otherwise, but the smell makes me think of very bad materials and I wouldn't buy it again.

I really don't get all the positive reviews here.
While I'm in general a big fan of Thomann's home brands, this case is mediocre at best.
It is built ok but the case is too thick for both my Ibanez RC320 and my Squier Telecaster.
I had too add an extra piece of foam to hold the guitar firmly in place, otherwise it would rattle and bang all around in this case while carrying it...
Also the locking system is quite loose, it sometimes happens that one of the locks opens by itself :/
One of the first times a Thomann brand has let me down.

Stitches on case to hold end on were very poorly done clasp for closing did not line up properly looks like this one came in a retape box missing key for case would not recommend.first negative comment I given
