Really nice gigbag...
Rad Dad 30.04.2017
**Disclaimer** - I LIKE red. This is very much a RED gigbag. When I opened it, I went 'WOOAAHH!'. You will *not* be missed with this. If you're at all shy - do NOT buy this gigbag. However - once the initial shock wore off - it's cool. Just make sure you really, really like red.

It's padded - not to a great extent - I wouldn't go bashing it about or dropping it, but it will provide a certain level of protection for a guitar. I must confess I'm a *little* nervous transporting my Harley Benton SC450+ Les Paul style guitar in this, with the infamous Les Paul weak neck/headstock join - however, if you take a piece of expanded polystyrene (like HB and probably other guitars come with, from Thomann and elsewhere) - just bob this in the bag with the guitar, under the neck and it will afford some additional, cushioning support.

Having said all that - it *is* reasonably well padded - very much so for the money.

The pockets are BIG. One is 34cm x 11cm x 3cm - good for a strap/cable, tuner, small pedal....the other is 39cm x 24cm x 3cm. Goodness only know what you'd use this one for - sandwiches, maybe? Lots of sheet music? Could get a tablet in, I suppose. Note - these pockets aren't padded. So your butties could easily be squashed.

Holding the bag - there's a carry handle, that's perfectly fine - and a couple of added shoulder straps. Both methods seem fine for the average electric guitar.

In conclusion - I'm perfectly happy for Belle, my SC450+ Lemon Drop to live in here when I'm not caressing her - I'd just be careful not to throw her on a bus or in the back of a van. But then again - you really shouldn't do that with your favourite instrument, should you? Recommended.

Complements red tele

For this price, this bag is fit for purpose for my t style guitar and looks great at the same time. The material is waterproof and for good measure I have graphited all the zips as I do with most new zips. Stitching and design big front accessory pocket are nice and in this colour, just smart.

A Red Bag for a Red Guitar
luftmietze 28.01.2024
I bought this bag to go with my Harley Benton TE-90QM. The bag fits the guitar’s colour and its dimensions. The Tele style guitar fits snugly with its strap attached.

On the plus side: The bag is quite well padded (Much better than other bags in the same price range) and it protects the guitar well. For a causal musician, looking for something to protect their guitar at home or to carry it in when going to lessons, this bag is ideal. If you are a touring musician or planning on flying with your guitar then I would suggest something else.
The straps make the bag easy to carry both in and out of vehicles and in public transport.
The bag is pretty well supported and does not collapse when the guitar is removed.
The pockets offer enough room for all of the accoutrements that guitarists inevitably carry.

Negatives: I don’t have any with the possible exception that I would like a few more colour options to match my other guitars.

In conclusion: This bag offers excellent value for money and great protection for your instrument. It is better than any other bag in its price range. If you like the colour then do not hesitate to buy it.

Amazing bag worth double it's cost
Arkslippy 12.10.2021
I added this bag to my order to get free shipping, and I'm amazed by it, it's is like a semi rigid bag, when it's closed it's really well padded and firm, a lot of cheaper bags are basically covers, but this is more like a bag I'd expect to pay €50 to 60 for. Great pockets which are well shielded in themselves and massive. Great straps and really good zips and materials.

In short, I wish my kids school bags were as hardy of this. 6/5 stars if I could. And the red is really handsome.

It's really good, and really cheap.
It's as good or better that some on a higher price range.
The zipper is a little bit stiff though.

Value for money.

This gig bag is really great value ,its a well made generous sized padded with one small pocket (top) and a larce pocket Lower).
Trust me I have paid roughly three times the price for a big branded bag, also made in the far east.
Once again THOMANN DID NOT dissapoint, thanks guys.

Old stock/style with more firm piping/frame.
Guitar addict 20.11.2021
Bought 2 at the same time: this one and a black one. Comparing them this one has extra support piping in the frame whereas the black one is missing it. I assume this is older stock (being a less popular colour) and the black one is newer and cheaper in construction.

At the sight of this red bag for the guitar, I want to get into it myself.

Bright, exciting color. People will think what’s inside there) This is eye-catching.

My guitar loves walking in this coral case. Comfortable belts. There is still room for the instrument, it is good for him to breathe there.
2 lock pockets for storing rock awards)
The mounts are reliable, everything is customized for you

In short, this is a good product and a great value for money.

The two side pockets are generously big and will hold everything one might need to carry around, from guitar cables to sheet music. Zippers run smoothly, rucksack straps are easily adjustable, and padding is sufficiently thick to protect the instrument (if, of course, handled with care - after all, it's a nylon bag, not a sturdy case).
Finally, for me at least, the deciding factor when I was choosing from a wide range of gig bags that Thomann has to offer, was the colour: bright, vibrant and, above all - different! Just great!
