Good gigbagbut not for every bass guitar

I bought this gigbag because my old bass guitar gigbag was little bit short for my new Harley Benton 5 string jazz bass.
This one is long enough but has issue with depth dimension, especially with space for big butterfly tuning machines heads (on 5 string JB there are 4 on one side and 1 on the other side of head).
So if I want to put my bass guitar into this Thomann gigbag, all tuners must be turned in parallel with head, that means a lot of detuning.
In other parameters I am satisfied with this case, the processing and material looks good.
I will probably use it as a storage for my other bass guitar or I'll have to get used to a lot of tuning after pulling the 5 string bass out of the gigbag.
I do recomend this gigbag only for 4 string basses or basses with smaller tuning machines heads.

The materials feel a little cheap, the bag doesn't feel as bulletproof as my other bag ? but that's a ¤200 Reunion Blues Continental, and this bag cost about 1/10 of that. For the money and for what I need it to do, which is to carry my bass from my house to a rehearsal studio and back on the subway, it's doing just fine so far.

Good for travelling in the Bus

I use this bag if I need to transport my bag in the bus. This bag is very lightweight but nevertheless has a very thick padding that can protect my bass very good. I use the bag since more than six years and the bag is still intact. Although i have to admit i don't often use the bag. I can recommend this bag.
