Decent quality at a great price
TCSMD 13.02.2022
I got this case mainly for storage. I don't need a fancy, expensive guitar case for that. This case is perfect for my needs.

The lid lines up perfectly with the case and the clasps work fine. These things can often be a problem on cheap guitar cases but there are no such problems with this one.

It's far from the best quality guitar case I've owned though. The tolex is quite thin and fragile and so is the internal padding but it will certainly give better protection than a gig bag. I would never use this case for air travel but I wouldn't think twice about throwing it into the back of a van. It probably won't last forever with a life on the road but it's still good value. On the positive side there's also a generously sized storage compartment (but the lid seems extremely fragile and close to breaking already).

I saw several reviews that complained about the smell. Sure, it doesn't smell very nice but it's not THAT bad. Pretty much as expected from a new, cheap guitar case padded with synthetic materials.

A "one size fits all" case for single-/double-cut guitar will obviously not be a perfect fit for ALL sc/dc-guitars. I tested it with a couple of different guitars, including some non-Gibson models (Harley Benton Junior DC and Yamaha Revstar) and sure, it wasn't a perfect fit but close enough. A towel or some foam can be used for extra padding if you don't want the guitar moving around in there but I would have no worries about using this case as long as it's handled responsibly.

Recommended if you're looking for the cheapest possible hardcase for your single-double-cut guitar. If you want top quality, look elsewhere.

Fair for the price you pay

This case does its job, for the price you pay, this case makes justice to it.

Overall it protects the guitar, the inside cushion is soft and comfy, I'm having some troubles closing the case properly cause I have to do some extra strength to make it fall on the right spot but I'm satisfied with it. I recommend it to whoever that doesn't want to pay more than 60-70 eur for a case.

Another good vaule!

A pretty good value for the cost. The section for the neck is a bit off and it could use more padding for the guitar body area up against the wall of the case. Overall good construction.

Good but needs improvements!
Per A. 08.08.2014
This case is supposed to hold a lot of different guitars, but it needs different kind of fillings to adjust the inne space so that the guitar does not move around when transorting it, and also it need a good filling also on the lid, since that also comes in contact with the guitar, especially at the edges. With obove changed, its just a great case.

Good for the price!
zoso44 22.03.2019
I bought it for my Cort Z44 Les Paul but unfortunately it was A BIT small, if you have such guitar consider a bigger size. I'm sure I can fit my Cort Z44 by cutting a little bit of interior material.

It has bad smell, so you wanna leave it on the wind for a day at least. The locks are a bit clumsy, so you wanna close them with key. The handle is decent, won't be broken easily.

It's surely good for the price but I recommend you to overpay if you can. Otherwise - it's a good option

Nice for storing
metamodern 08.02.2023
I made a mistake buying this case, should have bough a bag with a stand. But if you wan't to store your guitar somewhere and not carry it around this is a fine investment. The top is a bit flumsy, but it works alright for my conditions. It's really heavy(10 kilos with guitar I think, 5 without). Nice pocket in the corner for small stuff. The locks are not equal in resistance, but I think that what you get in the cheapest case possible.

Just what I needed
Thomann Case 05.03.2019
I bought this item to take my PRS 24 Custom guitar. The guitar fitted snugly but there was a minor issue with the way the guitar sat with the neck sitting slightly proud. This I thought might damage the guitar. However the case is very well made and my PRS did not suffer at the hands of baggage handlers on a long haul flight. So given that this was an inexpensive case I think it was well worth the money and did what I needed.

Good case for the price
KuldneOks 09.06.2024
I've been using it for some time now for my Epi Les Paul and Washburn Hawk and otherwise it's sturdy and reliable, but the latches want to pop open sometimes (not all at once, but one at a time). So far it hasn't busted open or anything (as it would require all the latches to come open), but there's still a bit of fear in the back of my mind while carrying it around.
