It's not a complicated tool. It works well.
Unfortunately I have to use it quite often because some of my trumpet pupils can't stop themselves to tap on the mouthpiece. If you usually have mouthpieces stuck in instruments (trumpets, cornets and flugelhorns), this tool is a must have. Don't try to get stuck mouthpieces out with other tools, you may damage the instrument.

Mouthpiece Puller
Anonymous 30.04.2016
As a brass teacher I'm often being called upon to remove a jammed mouthpiece. Unfortunately my last puller was borrowed and 'lost' so I was reluctant to buy another expensive one. Thought I'd go for this one and was really pleased with the quality and it was very nicely presented too!
Good job Thomann!

Great product. I use for all brass instruments. Only thing you have to be careful is to put cloth around the mouthpiece otherwise after taking the mouthpiece out they will be some marks. Also don't rush while using it.

With proper use, mouthpieces that got stuck in the receiver can be removed without any damage.

Saved 3 mouthpieces so far, a bugle, a trumpet and a flugel.
The clamps can lightly scratch the shank if you're not careful or have it in raw brass, recommend using a cloth to prevent that.

Works Well
Anonymous 11.03.2016
I spent hours trying various methods to remove a trumpet mouthpiece with no success. This puller did it in about 5 minutes from when I took it out of the box. I thought I was taking a chance by not buying a more expensive well known model but this turns out to be good quality and certainly does the job,

This mouthpiece puller is a great purchase. Pricing is a fundamental aspect and this it, look no further!
