Thomann Orchestra Music Stand (4pcs)

I?m really pleased with this music stand. I?ve been using this stand over the last few months and it has not let me down. I find it is very sturdy even with my heavier books. I use the book Hal Leonard Ultimate Rock Pop Fake Book which is a big heavy book!

Adjusting the height is very easy and it has a good range of useable heights. The stand is very portable and lightweight. The legs are very sturdy and rubber feet help the stabilize the stand too. You can also easily rotate and adjust the angle of the sheet holder. So it is very to get the music stand into a position that feels comfortable for you.

The only problem I have found is that there is a lip on the top of the stand and it?s makes it harder for my music clip to get a good grip.

Apart from that I have no other problems. I highly recommend this stand and I think it is well worth the price!

This stand is very bulky but great for my uses because I needed a stand in my basement that I could practice with and not worry about it falling over, this stand is better than I expected because I was used to those paperthin stands that fold up but don't hold up very well. This stand weighs enough to be securely on the ground even at maximum height. A con would be that if you wanted to use it as a concert stand it wouldn't work very well because it is heavy but this can be great for a at home stand that you wouldn't move consistantly. Overall I love it and I hope you choose this for your nice, new, affordable stand.

gotta be honest, didn't buy this to use as a music stand, as a recent convert to the tablet generation i bought to attach a tablet-holder instead, but it works a treat: solid, not too heavy, big chunky grippy things to tighten the sections, it's the mutt's. i get the 'lower quality' thing, but i bought one of the expensive versions of this stand and the screws' threads stripped within a week. but hey, no biggie, couple of hex bolts to drop into the holes and a couple of wing nuts on the other end and bob's yer uncle. and if it happens with this one i'll do the same, but so far it's working perfectly. thank you.
