The item arrived broken

The item arrived broken from 2 different locations! One of the screws on the stand was broken, and on the upper part metal had broken so the upper part didn't correctly attach to the lower part. The item I received is totally unusable.

Obviously very poor choice of materials is used on this stand - even if your one arrives unbroken, I would be pretty sure that it will eventually get broken. Better settle for some other item.

I'm discussed at Thomann about this!!

The top part of the stand won't sit properly on so its all wobbly basically its useless. The screws that came with that stand also won't secure the parts in properly.

I definitely recommend getting a better brand name stand as this is a very cheaply made stand.
