Broke down in 1 day of using

The Powercord broke down in a day of using, so had to use the european plug which was packed with my piano and own adaptor.

Confused with the delivery item

supposed to be for the mixer you sent with this item.

The reason for my rating is disappointment in my first experience with your company and sincerely hope its the worst.

No Pros

Cons - a complete joke perhaps or complete ignorance of the values your company promote.

Sent this item to the UK with a faulty mixer that doesn't support the connection.

Perhaps the ordering department needs a revision of procedures and awareness to prevent this lack of care or focus on this item.
