pros - it works, it is cheap

cons - no cable strain relief feature by any means.
- the lid is only hold by the 2 small screws at the rubber boot leaving the front edge disconnected (more expensive connectors have grooves on sides securing the lid better).

I only use it for occasional cables with no requirement for mechanical resistance.
