Some big negatives, but OK for money
el frasho 18.08.2021
Sound wise through earphones is excellent and the keys feel good to play.

Downsides though:
1) the sustain pedal feels very flimsy and the rubber grippers have already came loose after a few days.
2) when sending audio via the rca output, there is a click when the sustain pedal is pressed. Makes it pretty much useless for recording purposes
3)internal speakers are bearable but not great

Overall,

Excellent first keyboard
DavidWood 21.01.2023
I love this keyboard, I'm not a massive fan of the two piano sounds because they are a little compressed sounding, particularly the lower notes, but that's to be expected with a virtual piano, and I only really bought it for the Pipe Organ sound anyway.

For the Pipe Organ, it's perfect. I connected it up to my guitar amp as the stock speakers aren't quite loud enough for me (that's not to say they're quiet!) but also so I could control bass and treble etc. The Organ doesn't sound like something that's on full crescendo the whole time, playing the lower octaves gives you a softer sound and the higher is more of a bagpipe-Esque noise. I've used some virtual pianos with a Church Organ sound but they always sound too 'twinkly' for me, this does sound like it's being played on actual pipes when loud enough!

The keys are semi-weighted which is excellent, one of the things I was very dissapointed with however was the sustain pedal. It very rarely worked correctly, sometimes requiring me to stand on it with full weight before it would register, other times it would stick on and then not come off again. However, I did purchase a more comprehensive pedal online for around £20, which is more like something you'd see on a real piano, and works very well, so I'm not too concerned about that.

MG
Highly recommended
María G 17.03.2021
Highly recommended, worth the price, especially for beginners and people who play the piano as a hobby.
It comes with a pedal that, without having too much quality, does its job well. It is recommended to fix the pedal to the floor with a sticker to prevent it from moving all the time.
As for the sound, the speakers are not very good, and it does not have a lot of power. However, if, like me, you are looking for a good acoustic piano sound, the Grand Piano option with headphones is perfect.
Although the keys are not weighted, it has a very good sensitivity. However, I do notice that the black keys are much harder than the white keys, which causes some problems, especially when playing them on the upper part of complex chords. It is a little heavy (around 11kg) but is in line with any keyboard in this range. The design is elegant and much better than other pianos of this type (including superior Thomann versions).
If you are looking for a simple and cheap piano, this is the best option I have tried so far.

HC
Spot-on keyboard
Happy Chappy! 12.03.2021
A great keyboard. After trawling through the various options available on and offline I went for this. I'm so glad I considered my choices carefully as this purchase has been a really good one. It is much cheaper and with more quality than it's comparative counterparts and stand's up against far pricier brands.

The service from Thomann was brilliant as well. You'll be reassured every step of the way that any issue will be dealt with.

Company and product... ... great all round

Thomann SP-320: A Versatile Digital Piano with Realistic Sound and Feel
RealUla 09.09.2024
Initially, I had some reservations about my choice, but looking back, I have no regrets. With Thomann’s reputation for high-quality service and platforms, I trusted that their approach to instruments would be just as meticulous and detailed. My intuition was spot on.
The Thomann SP-320 has proven to be an outstanding choice. It offers an incredibly user-friendly experience and delivers a vibrant, rich sound. The piano features a diverse range of voices — from organ and guitar to violin and brass — all of which sound truly remarkable. I also connected it to my DAW, and it performed flawlessly, integrating seamlessly with all major software without any issues.

The design is elegant and minimalist, fitting beautifully into any space, and the build quality speaks volumes about Thomann's commitment to excellence. Every aspect of the SP-320 enhances the playing experience, making it a joy to use whether you're practicing or performing.

Overall, the Thomann SP-320 has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a reliable and high-quality instrument that I wholeheartedly recommend. I’m confident that I’ll return to Thomann for future purchases of instruments and accessories, knowing their standards remain exceptional.

K
Pretty good
Kveldus 10.12.2021
I am not a professional piano player, but wanted to have one at home to learn and practice. Well, what makes me choose this one - sound samples I heard on the site. Although the sounds bank is limited to 12 different instruments only - it is pretty much for me to explore the playing and practicing. Really enjoy the piano. So for those who want to start playing or practicing piano - you can definitely buy one. Very like it.

D
Very basic, not the best quality
Diegosasw 13.01.2022
The volume wheel is weak. It feels it won't last long.

The keyboard itself is very basic, it feels good when playing and it's acceptable for the price. The speakers are not too powerful and the config interface is not intuitive and it's needed to check manual constantly. But it's ok overall for those who don't need too much.

Good quality for that price. For real.
GuitarPlayerFromMinsk 16.04.2018
I needed any e-piano that would be OK (not even good, or better), so I took Thomas SP-320. And you know what? I received more than enough. Yes, the sound is not super, the keys are not like in the real nice piano, but sound is nice and OK for rehearsals, keys are weighted and it's nice to touch them. And quality of the item is pretty nice, without any 'feels-like-it-will-brake-first' parts, etc. Definitely take this e-piano if you need to have one for any case at your tour or rehearsal base.

K
not good, unfortunately.
Kikodasneves 06.09.2022
i really wanted to like this product, but there is a key aspect that makes this unplayable for me: the keys are too hard to press. i have a soft touch, so i start getting sore wrists after playing this for a while. i don't think this is a safe instrument, unfortunately, at least not for someone with a soft touch, as it's likely to cause fatigue or tendinitis. The sound and portability are great, but a nice keybed is by far the most important thing in a keyboard and this doesn't cut it.
