Product very different from picture

My singing bowl has arrived with a chip out of it and the metal is very dull in colour. Was so excited to get this, to only find out that actually the sound sample on the website, was much more fitting the tone of a much larger, deeper singing bowl.

This experience has left me feeling cheated after investing so much. Very poor customer experience, no one has made effort to reach out to help me solve this problem and compensate me.
