I bought this after a favourable review on YouTube. It is a lot of fun to play (if you can get your fingers close enough), but the intonation is a weakness. I find the notes to be generally a little sharp (as in, slightly too high-pitched) compared to a 440 Hz-tuning. You can't tune this flute since the head is fixed. I find several grips had to be adjusted compared to the standard baroque chart to get better intonation (at least f#, a# and d2 if memory serves). I doubt there are many who has the garklein as their main instrument, though, and since the cheapest wooden ones are ten times the price, this is a good entry point. Being so squeaky anyway, you'd often use the garklein more as a fun effect or to add some little extra frills to a piece (fast trills and runs, say), in which case the intonation issue might not be so much of a problem.
