Actually it works pretty well

I'm using it for 2 weeks now. All resistance is adjustable. Although the resistance for breathing out is somewhat tricky. It's meant mainly for improving inhaling strength
The construction is simple. You can take it apart completely and clean it 100%. This is really good and important.
You really have to read the instructions to understand how to train. But the instructions are only in German! There is a small booklet with a lot of information but the only language is German. You have to use a translator tool.

When training your saliva will start collecting inside. If you lean your head down during training the saliva will spill on the floor.
The mouth piece is really big and wide for me. It's not too big but it's a little uncomfortable.

After a couple days I noticed my breathing got a little easier and I feel more relaxed.
I bought this for general well being and to get more push in my speach and singing. I'm not a wind instrument player. I don't have any medical problems.
