Traveler Guitar TB-4P Bass SBT

I need a lightweight, small bass. I expected a compromised instrument with limited usefulness, but since it arrived I haven't picked up another bass. The 32 inch scale is fine and took no adjustment time to get used to the small body or neck. Quality of finish is excellent and the sound from the Duncan designed pickup is very good. It's still a little bright with the tone rolled off but the strings are still new. It arrived well set up and in tune. The tuning system works well. The headphone amp and aux in socket work fine. The boost and distortion effects sound OK but I dont use them for what I play. In summary it's a proper bass, well designed and built. In terms of playability and sound, it exceeds expectations and is smaller and lighter than a Strat. I will gig it. Recommended.
