Die neuen Blättchen von Vandoren sind speziell für Anfänger geeignet. Im Test mit Schülern mit 2 Jahren Unterricht sind die Blättchen eher zu leicht. Der Ton ist schwer zu kontrollieren was wohl daran liegt, dass die Blättchen eher reagieren wie Stärke 2 . Getestet wurde die gewohnte Stärke 2 1/2. Dabei ist der Ton klar und sauber, jedoch wie bei einem sehr leichten Blatt nur mit Mühe und viel Stützen in der Höhe zu kontrollieren. Eventuell ist eine halbe Blattstärke höher besser.
