Sound is bright, punchy and resonant but set came with one dead string! Hi D sounds muted, as it was used for several years!
All other strings is good! Even low B is bright and growly, not boomy!

Cheap strings that are just that. They are visually darker and less comfortable to play than nickel plated strings.

These strings, unlike other's, has a great advantage, that is the price. In order of level of quality, these strings has a long duration time, i mean , remain with their original "shine" for a long time. However, I think these strings have more defects than qualities. First, they are "uncomfortable" to play, in other words, they are not smooth, it seem's to "wire" on our fingers. Another aspect is the sound, they have a great sound, but this only applies when we put these strings on a high range of basses, a squier for example, the strings do not sound good, but however on a Warwick basses, it sound excellently well, it seems that the strings were made only for the warwick's. So, from experience, it only compensates buy these strings for those who have an warwick bass or an high range basses.
