If, like me, you play the 16C4 but need something that fits better with a rotary trumpet, this is a good choice. The very deep cup gives a very big, teutonic sound, which doesn't break up at high volumes. A good match for my Yamaha rotary C trumpet, which sounded a little shrill in the high register, at high volumes, with the 16C4.
