Good microphone
Piet73 15.01.2021
The quality is really decent for a headset. Sound is good but it is still a small membrane sound (slightly boxy). Wearing comfort and build is good quality. Beware it needs phantom.

Great headset for high quality voice recordings
Redenlab 09.07.2020
We have been using this product for years in our academic group and related biomarker testing. It performs well with a flat frequency response and appropriate polar pattern for voice recordings. One issue is the neck of the mic can easily be broken without storing safely.

Mix Minimalist
AntFB 30.08.2022
Bought to reduce stage baggage, to strip away the conventions of live performance, barriers separating the artist from the audience etc etc. Does the job.
One question. Would it have the sound quality? Judicious use of gate and compressor says "yes no problem". Surprising depth.
But two bigger surprises.
1. How difficult it is to get into it without upsetting your hairdo.
Needs practice. And
2. What a pain storage is.

Good head mic but rubber broke quite quickly.
Anonymous 10.05.2015
Good head mic, but very fragile. The rubber part around the ear corroded and cracked quite quickly and the sharp metal bit now sticks into my ear. The cable (after 4 years) has now broken as it is very thin and fragile... on the part where is connects to the headset...and I am using t with crackling noise til I can replace it. Great mic with great sound quality but durability was not great for an AKG.
